• 1 cup sprouted Green moong
• 1/4 cup Finely chopped Onion
• 1/4 cup Finely chopped Tomato
• 1/4 cup Finely chopped Coriander leaves
• 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
• 1/2 tsp Roasted Cumin powder
• 1 tsp Finely chopped Green chili
• 1/4 tsp Red chili powder
• 1/2 tsp Black salt
• 1/2 tsp Lemon juice
• In a bowl, take sprouted moong.
• Add onion, tomato, coriander leaves, black pepper, roasted cumin
powder, green chili, red chili powder, black salt and lemon juice.
• Mix everything well together.
